Pelaksanaan rapid test sendiri merupakan syarat yang harus dipenuhi oleh penyelenggara sesuai dengan pkpu nomor enam tahun 2020 tentang penyelenggaraan pemilu ditengah pandemi covid-19. KPU ingin memastikan kondisi kesehatan para penyelenggara pemilu untuk menekan angka penyebaran virus korona.
