KAJEN – Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Pekalongan, melakukan pemusnahan Barang Bukti (BB) sebanyak 36 perkara yang telah Inkcraht (mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap). Pemusnahan BB didominasi kasus narkoba dilakukan dengan cara dibakar, dihalaman kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Pekalongan.
Pemusnahan BB 36 perkara dari narkoba sebanyak 15, dikenakan Undang-undang psikotropika. Kemudian Undang-undang kesehatan sebanyak 4 perkara, Undang-undang perlindungan anak sebanyak satu perkara, pencurian 7 perkara tindak pidana perjudian dan perkara jabatan dua/ serta penipuan sebanyak 2 barang bukti.
Pemusnahan dilakukan dengan cara dibakar dipimpin langsung oleh Kajari Kabupaten Pekalongan Abun Hasbullah Syambas, diikuti oleh Kapolres Pekalongan AKBP Arief Fajar Satria, perwakilan BNN, Perbankan, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinperindagkop dan lainya.
Kajari Kabupaten Pekalongan Abun Hasbullah Syambas menyampaikan pemusnahan barang bukti merupakan akumulasi perkara di bulan Mei- Oktober 2021. Adapun saat ini ada sebanyak 36 perkara di antaranya yang paling banyak narkotika sebanyak 15 perkara. Kemudian penipuan dan pencurian.
Sedangkan untuk para tersangka dilakukan penuntutan dengan variasi karena seperti narkoba rata-rata di atas 4 tahun. Sedangkan pencurian disesuaikan dengan ada tingkat kesalahan.(4son-6us)
