Pekalongan – Tersangka membunuh Arya dan menngabil motornya karena butuh biaya nikah tersangka juga pernah membunuh temannya beberapa bulan lalu dan baru terungkap sekarang.
Tertangkapnya pelaku pembunuhan seorang remaja di Pekalongan Jawa Tengah akhirnya terbongkar dengan motifnya butuh biaya nikah.
Pelaku dituntut pacarnya untuk menikahi sehingga dia nekat melakukan aksi kejahatan ini, pelaku menjemput korban lalu diajak ke dekat lokasi wisata Slamaran Pekalongan, sesampai dilokasi korban langsung ditusuk beberapa kali menggunakan pisau yang sudah dipersiapkan sebelumnya.
Tersangka lalu mengambil motor dan berusaha menjual motor melalui sosial media, dia sebelumnya pernah melakukan pembunuhan pada April lalu, motif tersangka ingin menguasai harta korban berupa kendaraan untuk selanjutnya dijual guna kebutuhan hidup.
Kapolres Pekalongan Kota Akbp Egy Andrian Suez menjelaskan penangkapan tersangka dilakukan pada Jumat pagi saat tersangka dan kekasihnya berinisial ‘S’ tengah berada di kawasan parkir kuliner jadul Stadion Hoegeng.
Setelah dilakukan interogasi bahwa tersangka juga mengakui telah melakukan tindak kejahatan mengambil motor dan membunuh korbannya, tersangka juga melakukan tindak pidana yang sama pada tanggal 24 April 2020 silam dengan korban atas nama Surya yang dieksekusi dan mayatnya ditemukan dibelakang gedung Showroom Daihatsu.
Dijelaskan Kapolres, modus operandi tersangka sudah merencanakan terlebih dahulu untuk menghilangkan nyawa korban untuk menguasai barang milik korban kedua korban merupakan teman sepermainan pelaku yang merupakan komunitas anak punk.
Tersangka akan dijerat dengan pasal 365 ayat 3 kuhp tentang pencurian dengan kekerasan yang mengakibatkan meninggalnya seseorang dengan ancaman pidana penjara paling lama 15 tahun penjara.(4son)
